What information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit a form — a contact, inquiry, or download form, or a store checkout — we collect what you enter: typically your name, email address, company, phone number, mailing/billing address, and the content of your message or order. Payment card details are collected by our payment processor (Stripe), not stored by us.
Information collected automatically. Like nearly all websites, our servers and service providers receive technical data when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the site you arrived from. Our security and hosting providers (Cloudflare, WP Engine) process this to run and protect the site. If — and only if — you accept Statistics or Marketing cookies, the analytics and advertising services listed below also receive usage data as described in the tables.
How we use information
We use the information above to: operate and secure the website; respond to your inquiries and fulfill orders; provide content you request (such as downloads); understand how the site is used so we can improve it (with your consent); market our services, including follow-up email and advertising measurement (with your consent); and meet legal obligations. We do not use your personal information for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

If you reject those cookies, no such activity is recorded, and nothing exists to be connected.

Do we sell or share your information?
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising
unless you direct us to by accepting Marketing cookies — in that case, the advertising services listed above (Google Ads, LinkedIn) receive identifiers from your browser for ad measurement and retargeting, as described in the Marketing table. If you reject Marketing cookies, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, that does not happen. You can withdraw this choice at any time via

Your privacy rights

How long we keep information
We keep form submissions and lead records for as long as we have an active relationship or a legitimate business need, and order/payment records as required by tax and accounting law. Cookie lifetimes are listed in the tables above. You can request deletion at any time using the contact details above.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS across the site), access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we work to protect your information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, and our providers are bound to do the same.
Children
This site is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
