If leaders in the healthcare ecosystem want to make real progress, we need to acknowledge that the reality of today’s healthcare does not align with the intentions of those who will make the biggest impact: tomorrow’s physicians.

In collaboration with HSBC Innovation Banking and HLTH, Health 2035 is informed by the perspective from young physicians, and shaped by conversations with visionaries in the healthcare ecosystem, Health 2035 makes bold predictions for the future of health that go beyond embedded assumptions.

"If we want to envision the future of health, we should start by asking future healthcare providers about their perceptions," said Hamid Ghanadan, CEO of LINUS. "Today's youngest physicians represent the future of care: What they see as opportunities or barriers, how they envision delivering care, and why they will choose to remain in practice shapes healthcare in 2035. Intersecting these findings with scenarios of key societal movements provided us with three rich scenarios of health in the next decade."

The report points to three predictions that we hope will provide everyone in the health enterprise the ability to focus on how to innovate and where to place special emphasis when embarking on change:
